Founded in 1992 by
a group of Nottingham city women, Sparta Nottingham
WFC (otherwise known as the Mighty Tangerines!!) has grown into a very
friendly club welcoming all players!
Sparta are
currently playing in the Unison East Midlands Division One
North, and hope one day under the direction of our new FA Qualified
Coach, Rehan, to return to the Unison East Midlands Premier Division as
per
season 2000/2001!
The Sparta training
ground is based at Southglade Leisure Centre in
Bestwood and along with the league matches we also play various charity
tournaments all over Nottingham, covering the city centre, Radcliffe,
West Bridgford, Arnold and many more.
The sponsorship
required would be for a new team kit which would have
numbers on the back and "Your Company
Name & Logo" across the
front. We would also be looking to find part sponsorship for a team
tracksuit, again "Your company
name & Logo" on the tracksuit.
In return, we would
be happy to advertise your company by displaying
advertisement banners/boards at the tournaments we enter as well as
league matches, and any media coverage would include mention of the
sponsor. A website link would of course be included on the Sparta
website again with your company logo. We would also be very happy
to
hear any thoughts and ideas you have as a sponsor.
We hope that by
sponsoring our team we would be an excellent
advertisement for your business both verbally and visually. One
final
note would be that women's football is finally being recognised and the
media are starting to take note!
